How your information is handled

What we collect

The site collects information you choose to submit: contact form messages, newsletter sign-ups, appointment requests, and any optional notes you add. We do not require an account to browse the site.

How it is stored

Submissions are stored in a managed database with access restricted to the practice. Form submissions are written through server-side endpoints rather than directly from your browser, and database access is protected by row-level security policies so records are not publicly readable.

Email & newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email is used only to send the content you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also request removal by emailing the practice directly.

Third-party services

The site is built and hosted on the Lovable platform, which provides the underlying database, authentication, and email delivery infrastructure. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Requests & contact

To request a copy of the information we have about you, or to ask that it be deleted, please contact the practice. Health-related information shared during consultations is handled under the confidentiality obligations of the practitioner's professional association.
